Winship, G.P. New England primer
Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy has the peculiarities of arrangement, dates, etc., ascribed by Winship to the 13th edition, and is quarterbound in early sheepskin with blue paper over original wooden boards and a rebacked spine. An inscription on the front flyleaf recto reads: Ellen Shackley, West Roxbury, Mass. -- Pliny Cutter gave copies to S.S. children about 1860 or earlier."
